THE FINAL CONCERT OF GUITAR DAYS
All guitarists and ensembles from Pärnu, Pärnu County and the Pärnu region of the Estonian Music Schools Association are invited to the Pärnu Guitar Festival competition.
The final concert of guitar festival competition takes place in the following guitar playing directions:
- Classic Guitar (solo / ensemble)
- Rhythm Music Guitar (solo / ensemble) - (guitarists in blues, jazz, pop, rock, folk, etc.)
- Bass guitarists (solo / ensemble)
- Hobby Guitarist (solo / ensemble) (you can play alone, in the ensemble freely selected, as well as your own creations)
- Singing guitarists (solo / ensemble) (you can play a piece of your choice as well as your own creations)
The ensemble may have other instruments in addition to the guitar.
Attendance requirements:
- Live / operate in Pärnu city or Pärnu county (Pärnu region of EML)
- The maximum length of the scheduled submission is 5 minutes
- Demo of upcoming presentation (demo doesn't need to be studio recording)
NB! Pärnu Guitar Days is a guitar-centered event that is not a band competition.
Participation fee - 20 euros
The participation fee must be paid no later than 11 November by transfer to MTÜ Stretto's current account EE81 2200 2210 4697 7730 (note Pärnu Guitar Days and participant's name) or cash in Pärnu Music School's office.
(Participation fee includes the possibility of performing at the final concert, participation in workshops and guitar orchestra, entrance to Robert Jürjendal concert, lunch and opportunity to play at the free stage)
The deadline for filing and demos is 11. november 2018 at www.parnukitarr.ee or in the office of Pärnu Music School (Aida 4, Pärnu).
